What is your returns policy?

You can only place exchange request, in case of size issues or if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. We do not accept return in case of

a) request made outside the specified time limit of 10 days from the date of delivery.
b) If there is anything missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.
c) Product is damaged due to misuse of product.

How do I exchange an item?

STEPS TO EXCHANGE -

Just make sure that the tag is attached and all related accessories are preserved. The packaging should not be tampered. The box should be sealed with a cello tape and our address should be mentioned clearly. Go to any nearby courier and send us the package. Make sure to scan the Docket Copy and mail/Whatsapp us the same. Once we receive the package, we shall process the exchange as requested. Please mention your desired exchange size. If your desired size is unavailable, you could exchange your pair for another style of a similar value.
